We work extensively with owners of vacation & short-term rental properties, real estate agents, homeowners and businesses to design and build small additions (bathrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, closet systems: sheds, greenhouses & gazebos); provide custom woodworking, carpentry and cabinetry (furniture, audio & home theater elements, interior millwork & trim, shelves, garden gates); and make repairs and other improvements through our design and remodeling services.

Custom doors installation

We specialize in custom installations including doors and trim work and often work on vintage cabins which present significant challenges, as walls and opening are rarely straight or plumb. Installing new doors in older buildings often requires custom milling of woodwork and trim. For this project, we installed a new energy efficient front door and a site-built door frame and jamb for the solid-core closet door. We mortised for hinges, bored and mortised for the door knobs and strike plates and installed all trim work. Preparing Home For Sale

Replacing your kitchen cabinets is not always a wise investment, many times a simple refresh is all that's needed to place your home on the market. Galvanized steel soffit

This drop-down, steel soffit had a complicated trajectory across the basement ceiling with its existing, hanging heat duct work and partially blocked windows and doors. Bathroom refresh

This family-owned, nine acre guest ranch near Estes Park has been in operation by the same family since 1948 and offers two "modest, rustic and quirky" cabins nestled in a wildlife rich, woodland setting. We refreshed the bathroom in the newest of the two cabins; removing and replacing the wall panels and installing additional lighting, a heating/venting fan, as well as new outlets & switches.
